Simple, Lovable, Complete
Simple means the idea is easy to understand and the product stays focused. Lovable lives in the details people remember. Complete means the full journey works—without shipping a collection of promises for later.
The thinking behind the apps
Crafter Apps is one developer working with a small crew of AI teammates, building focused products for Apple platforms. The studio stays small on purpose. The standard does not.
The product philosophy
They are less a manifesto than a working standard: a way to decide what belongs, what needs another pass, and when a product is ready to earn somebody's trust.
Simple means the idea is easy to understand and the product stays focused. Lovable lives in the details people remember. Complete means the full journey works—without shipping a collection of promises for later.
Good Apple software should feel at home before it asks for attention. Hierarchy, motion, accessibility, familiar controls, and platform behavior come first. Personality is layered onto that foundation, not used to hide it.
AI agents help research, design, implement, review, and prepare releases. They receive context, bounded responsibilities, evidence requirements, and stop conditions. Daniel still owns the taste, the decisions, and the result.
Pricing, privacy, data behavior, support, and availability are part of the product—not footnotes added after it ships. Each app makes its own specific promises, and its public pages should say exactly what is true.
The shipping test
Before an app ships, three questions matter:
Keep building, keep refining, and finish what matters.
