Local MCP setups tend to grow into scattered JSON files, terminal windows, and secrets pasted in plain text. I am building MCPcontroler as fast, lightweight SwiftUI — not a wrapped web page or a terminal window — because a gateway you can see is easier to trust: request logs show exactly what flows through, secrets live in the macOS Keychain, and nothing leaves for a cloud relay. Does anything leave my Mac?
Everything runs locally by design. There is no account, no cloud relay, and no telemetry, and secrets are stored in the macOS Keychain rather than in plain text.
