Email Daniel at developer@crafterapps.com. Include the app name, your device model, operating-system version, and a clear description of what happened. Do not send recordings, cue sheets, or production notes unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.
Before contacting support
- Install the latest available app and operating-system updates.
- Confirm the app has the permissions needed for the feature you are using.
- Retry the workflow after closing and reopening the app.
