FAQs
How do I restore my Lifetime Access purchase?
Open the App → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy Lifetime Access.
What data do you collect?
Gameplay, progress, lives, and stats stay on your iPhone. If you deliberately use the feedback area, the contact details and message you enter are sent to Daniel's feedback service. See the Privacy Policy.
Which devices are supported?
Think-Fast Math is an iPhone app and requires iOS 18 or later.
What is included with Lifetime Access?
Lifetime Access includes unlimited retry lives and real advanced training stats. It is one family-shareable purchase with no subscription; Apple shows the current localized price.
Is the app safe for children?
The game has no accounts, ads, public profiles, chat, multiplayer, or leaderboards. Parents should supervise purchases and submit any in-app feedback on behalf of a child under 13.
How does difficulty adjustment work?
Levels 1–15 use an authored progression through question types, grids, number ranges, and timers. Levels 16 and above follow deterministic generated rules; difficulty is not secretly personalized from an online profile.
Can I use MathCraft offline?
Core gameplay, progress, and stats work offline. An internet connection is required for StoreKit purchase or restoration and for optional feedback.
How do I get a refund?
For billing issues or refunds, use Apple's "Report a Problem" portal at reportaproblem.apple.com. All purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.
Why doesn't the app have accounts or leaderboards?
MathCraft is designed to be completely private and offline. We believe math practice should be personal, stress-free, and without social comparison or data tracking.
