Need help?
Email Daniel at developer@crafterapps.com. Include the app name, your device model, operating-system version, and a clear description of what happened. Do not send private capture recordings, BVH exports, or reference videos unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that your device meets the compatibility requirements: iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 26 or later on hardware that supports ARKit body tracking.
- Install the latest available app and operating-system updates.
- Retry the workflow after closing and reopening the app.
Purchases
Lifetime Access is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited saved takes. There is no subscription. If you previously purchased Lifetime Access, use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account.
