Need help?
Email Daniel at developer@crafterapps.com. Include the app name, your device model, operating-system version, and a clear description of what happened. Do not send private note content unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.
Before contacting support
- Install the latest available app and operating-system updates.
- Confirm the app has the permissions needed for the feature you are using.
- Retry the workflow after closing and reopening the app.
Lifetime Access
Crafted includes an optional $19.99 Lifetime Access unlock: a one-time purchase with no subscription. It unlocks only supported on-device dictation, eligible Apple Intelligence actions, and seven Siri & Shortcuts actions. Availability is evaluated on the current device and language. The purchase is not publicly available until Apple approves the app and its first in-app purchase.
