How do I allow microphone access?
MemoFlow needs microphone access to record. Open the app's settings in iOS Settings and enable Microphone.
Which MemoFlow features need Apple Intelligence?
Summaries and project chat require iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence enabled on a compatible device. Apple Intelligence availability varies by region and language; check Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri. Recording, playback, and Apple Speech transcription work without it.
What does Lifetime Access include?
Start with free projects. Lifetime Access unlocks unlimited projects with a one-time purchase and no subscription. Purchases are handled by the App Store.
How do I export a project?
Use the project export action to share transcript text, original M4A audio, chat as text or JSON, or a ZIP of the full project.
How can I improve transcription accuracy?
Transcription quality depends on audio clarity. Record in a quiet environment for best results.
Device Requirements
MemoFlow requires:
- An iPhone running iOS 26 or later
- Microphone access
Recording, playback, and Apple Speech transcription do not require Apple Intelligence. Summaries and project chat require Apple Intelligence to be available and enabled for your device, language, and region.

- Restart the app
- Restart your device
