Common Topics
- Microphone permissions - MemoFlow needs microphone access to record. Open the app's settings in iOS Settings and enable Microphone.
- On-device AI availability - AI features require iOS 26+ with Apple Intelligence enabled on a compatible device. Apple Intelligence availability varies by region and language. Check Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri to verify availability.
- Lifetime Access questions - Free users can create up to 3 projects. Lifetime Access unlocks unlimited projects with a one-time purchase and no subscription. Purchases are handled by the App Store.
- Exporting projects - Use the project export action to share transcript text, original M4A audio, chat as text or JSON, or a ZIP of the full project.
- Transcription accuracy - Transcription quality depends on audio clarity. Use in quiet environments for best results.
Device Requirements
MemoFlow requires:
- An iPhone running iOS 26 or later
- Microphone access
Recording, playback, and Apple Speech transcription do not require Apple Intelligence. Summaries and project chat require Apple Intelligence to be available and enabled for your device, language, and region.
