Need help?
Email Daniel at developer@crafterapps.com. Include the app name, your device model, operating-system version, and a clear description of what happened. Do not send private study material unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.
Before contacting support
- Install the latest available app and operating-system updates.
- Confirm the app has the permissions needed for the feature you are using.
- Retry the workflow after closing and reopening the app.
