Bring your own audio
Import audio you have the right to use and play it back inside the app. SongMap works with the material you already rehearse with, not a catalog it hands you.
SongMap is a focused rehearsal workspace: import audio you have the right to use, play it back, and pin notes to the exact moments they describe — so the note and the music never drift apart.
Import audio you have the right to use and play it back inside the app. SongMap works with the material you already rehearse with, not a catalog it hands you.
A rehearsal note attaches to a precise timestamp in the track, so it stays glued to the exact passage it describes instead of living in a separate list.
Playback and annotation share a single workspace. Reviewing a track and reading its notes is one activity, not a juggle between a player and a notes app.
Imported audio and rehearsal annotations are kept on your devices under the current product plan — your working material stays your own.
Rehearsal means returning to the same passages again and again. Timestamped notes take you straight back to the moment that needs work.
SongMap does not supply music. It is built for audio you have the right to use, and it leaves the question of what to practice entirely to you.
SongMap is in active development for iPhone and iPad and is not yet available to download, so this page intentionally provides no App Store offer, price, or promised launch date. The free and paid split has not been published yet; once it is finalized, this page will state plainly what is free and what an optional Lifetime Access unlock — a one-time purchase, no subscription — would include.
Maker note
Rehearsal notes written in a notebook decay fast — "watch the entry after the bridge" means nothing three weeks later. Pinning a note to the exact timestamp keeps its meaning attached to the sound itself, and replaying the passage brings the note back with it. That single decision — the timeline is the notebook — is what SongMap is built around.

Pricing has not been announced. If SongMap ships with a paid unlock, it will be Lifetime Access — a one-time purchase, no subscription — and this page will document the exact free and paid split once it is finalized.
Not yet — SongMap is an active pre-release project, and this page deliberately shows no App Store badge, offer, or price. It ships when it meets the studio bar, and no launch date is promised here.
