Email Daniel at developer@crafterapps.com. Include the app name, your device model, operating-system version, and a clear description of what happened. Do not send copyrighted audio or private rehearsal notes unless they are necessary, you have the right to share them, and you are comfortable doing so.
Before contacting support
- Install the latest available app and operating-system updates.
- Confirm the app has the permissions needed for the feature you are using.
- Retry the workflow after closing and reopening the app.
