How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open the App → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy Pro.

What data do you collect?

None on our servers. Gameplay and analytics are processed on-device. See our Privacy Policy.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad running iOS/iPadOS 17 or newer.

What is included in the Pro upgrade?

Pro unlocks detailed analytics including activity heatmaps, performance trends, personal records, and insights—all processed on your device only. It's a one-time purchase ($4.99) with Family Sharing support. Parents can control purchases through Screen Time settings.

Is the app safe for children?

Absolutely! MathCraft: ThinkFast Math is designed with child safety as a priority. The app collects zero personal data, requires no account registration, contains no social features, advertisements, or external links. It's COPPA-compliant and rated 4+ by Apple. Parents should supervise in-app purchases and can use Screen Time controls for additional oversight.

How does difficulty adjustment work?

The app starts with easy questions and gradually increases difficulty based on your performance. The timer also adjusts—answering correctly gives you slightly less time for the next question, creating gentle adaptive pressure.

Can I use MathCraft offline?

Absolutely! MathCraft works completely offline. No internet connection is required for gameplay, analytics, or any features.

How do I get a refund?

For billing issues or refunds, use Apple's "Report a Problem" portal at reportaproblem.apple.com. All purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

Why doesn't the app have accounts or leaderboards?

MathCraft is designed to be completely private and offline. We believe math practice should be personal, stress-free, and without social comparison or data tracking.
