Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use before using Clock Widget Creator. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Description of Service
Clock Widget Creator helps you create and manage custom clock widgets for iPhone and iPad. Features include choosing clock styles and colors, configuring widget appearance, and applying widget settings.
2. Your Content
You are responsible for the widget styles you create. Do not use the app to create or distribute content that infringes another person's rights.
3. Local Data Storage
Clock Widget Creator is designed around local widget settings. You control saved styles and app preferences. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
4. Purchases
Clock Widget Creator Pro is optional and is offered in the app as a yearly auto-renewable subscription or a separate one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, trial availability, subscription periods, and included features are shown in the app or App Store before you confirm a purchase and may vary by region.
Subscription purchases renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal according to Apple's App Store billing terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
A lifetime purchase unlocks eligible Clock Widget Creator Pro features as a one-time purchase for the Apple Account used to buy it. You can restore eligible purchases in the app when signed in with the same Apple Account. Billing, refunds, and purchase support are handled by Apple through the App Store and Apple Support.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, bypass app security, distribute modified versions, or use the app for unlawful activity.
6. Apple App Store Terms
Your use of Clock Widget Creator is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
7. No Warranties
The app is provided as-is. I do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every widget workflow.
