From one focused block to a complete flow

Flexible flow builder

Arrange Focus, Prep, Short Break, and Long Break blocks with the durations that fit the work in front of you.

Fast timer control

Start, pause, resume, skip, or end from compact and expanded controls while durable dates keep progress accurate.

Reflection after the session

Record a mood and optional note after the flow ends. Reflection is a post-session step, not another saved block type.

Protect attention without building a productivity system

Optional Focus Blocking

With permission, Apple Screen Time can shield the apps, categories, and websites you select during focus or preparation blocks.

Activity history

Review completed sessions, focus time, daily goals, mood patterns, and notes without turning the app into a task manager or streak game.

Private iCloud option

Flow data stays local by default. Lifetime Access can enable sync through your private CloudKit database, with restart and recovery states kept visible.

The current session stays within reach

Live Activity and widgets

Follow the timer on the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island, then glance at the small timer and statistics widgets.

Apple Watch companion

Use the watch app and complications to follow and control a session while the iPhone and Watch stay coordinated through WatchConnectivity.

Three saved flows free

Built-in presets remain available as templates, and the free tier saves up to three flows. Lifetime Access adds unlimited flows, complete insights, blocking, widgets, and private iCloud sync.

Maker note

Why a focus timer stops short of task management

SessionFlow should protect the time you already chose, not become another system to maintain. Flows describe focus, preparation, and breaks; reflection happens after the session; optional Screen Time shielding stays visible and permission-based. Tasks, streaks, and productivity scoring remain outside the core job.
